and new customers:

  • EXTEND Service was created as a specialized plan with three levels of customized services for cooling
    tower customers.
  • Guardian Enhanced Warranty was developed to increase warranty awareness with new and existing cooling
    tower owners

ER Marketing created a cohesive strategy that included successfully re-branding by utilizing research, industry knowledge, new collateral materials and effective presentations. Both programs were launched to internal and external sales teams and a commission incentive was also offered on all Guardian Warranty sales.

Six weeks after the program launch, Guardian Warranty sales increased by 35% and SPX was satisfied with their Real Results, Real Fast!
