ER Marketing's Director of Digital Elected to National SEMPO Board

ER Marketing announced today its Digital Marketing Director, Corey Morris, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO)—the largest nonprofit trade organization in the world serving the search and digital marketing industry and marketing professionals engaged in it. Morris will bring more than a decade of digital marketing and interactive expertise to the SEMPO Board of Directors for the 2016-2018 term.

"I'm humbled and excited to have the opportunity to join the SEMPO board and continue to grow my personal level of involvement. SEMPO is a great community and industry leader for content and connections for search marketers globally," Morris said. "As I take on this role, I look forward not only to what I can bring to advance SEMPO's goals, but to what I can learn from those I will work with and meet during my term."

As a member of the Board of Directors, Morris will work to further SEMPO's initiatives, including SEMPO Cities, research, education, and the Member Forum event.

"Corey's election to SEMPO's Board of Directors is a huge endorsement of the vast digital, interactive, and search experience he brings to the table," Elton Mayfield, co-founder of ER Marketing, said. Morris currently serves as the Director of Digital Strategy at ER Marketing, where he oversees a team focused on digital marketing efforts including strategy, development, and execution for SEO, PPC/SEM, social media, email, websites, UX, and analytics.
