Prior to starting ERM, Renae held a number of marketing executive roles including vice president of marketing and advertising for Payless Cashways, Inc. She was a corporate officer and board member for the $2 billion multi-location hardware and building materials retailer. Renae led the company's marketing, advertising and strategic communications teams and had responsibility for the company's $60 million annual marketing budget.
In addition, Renae was a member of the executive committee and the marketing leader at Tempo Window Fashions, a Chicago-based manufacturer and fabricator of window fashions sold through independent retailers, architects and designers. During her time there, she saw the company grow 250 percent and expand nationally. Renae has also held marketing positions at each stop in the channel including manufacturing, distribution and retail.
