Elton is vice president of chapter development on the International Board of Directors for the Business Marketing Association, the world's largest B2B marketing organization. He also served as the president of the Kansas City BMA Chapter for four years.

He regularly speaks to groups across the country, and often judges local and national B2B marketing programs, particularly in the digital space.
Growing up in a family-owned construction business, Elton began working on job sites in the summer at age eight. A self-professed DIY junkie, he's finished his family's basement, built the deck on his home, remodeled his kitchen and installed hardwood floors—and that's just his current home.
